Echo and the Cardboard Rocketship

Cambridge author Jerry Grech expanded his Echo and the Cardboard Rocketship story into a hands-on Builder Kit that encourages kids to create with ordinary cardboard. Little Rock printed the box labels that connect the kit visually to the book and give Jerry a polished product for markets, online sales, and potential retail partners.

“I’m the author and creator behind That’s Kool Books, a small children’s book brand based in Cambridge, Ontario. My Echo Series follows a group of forgotten handmade toys and focuses on friendship, kindness, creativity, and the power of imagination. The stories were inspired in part by my grandchildren and my desire to create meaningful books and activities that families can enjoy together.

My newest book, Echo and the Cardboard Rocketship, inspired the creation of a companion Cardboard Builder Kit. The kit gives children special tools, connectors, and reusable parts that allow them to turn ordinary cardboard into rockets, robots, vehicles, and anything else they can imagine.

Little Rock Printing produced the labels used on the builder-kit boxes. The print quality helped transform a collection of creative tools and 3D-printed parts into a polished, professional-looking product that connects directly with the design and theme of the book. For a small independent business, good printed materials make a tremendous difference when presenting products online, at markets, and to potential retail partners.
