Banff-based artist Nadia founded arête to share her photography, embroidered earrings and illustrated greeting cards. Little Rock Printing brings her watercolour designs to life with high-quality printing, helping her sell nearly 1,000 cards at local markets and expand into Bow Valley shops.
"My name is Nadia, and I'm the artist behind arête, a small creative business based in Banff. I sell film photography, embroidered topography earrings, and greeting cards based on my illustrations.
I have been printing my greeting cards with Little Rock Printing for over a year now, and I will never look back! The quality of printing is incredible and all my watercolor paintings look almost exactly like the original. Working with Little Rock Printing has given me the confidence to sell my cards at farmers markets and Christmas markets, and I'm now looking to get them into shops throughout the Bow Valley, which is pretty cool.
I love supporting local businesses, and having such a great printing company just a stone's throw away in Calgary is a huge bonus. The quick shipping and easy pickup make the whole experience even better! To date, I've printed nearly 1,000 cards and I plan to continue working with Little Rock Printing for all my future greeting card designs."
