"My mission in life is to help moms break the rules of parenting that are put on us. I recognized in myself that I was exhausted, stressed, and burnt out, and that couldn't be all there was to parenting. This was not only my child's only childhood, but my only motherhood and I wanted it to feel a different way. So I started looking into why things felt so hard, and started to have more FUN in life.
I offer coaching, day retreats, and most importantly, weekend camps for moms. Think summer camp with all its silliness, but built for moms to not have to think, do anything, or take care of anyone but themselves for the weekend.
I also took this methodology of "fun" and built it into my kids' yoga business.
