How Long Do Your Labels Last?
Our 2.4 mil BOPP labels are made from a polypropylene base, which gives them natural resistance to:
Under reasonable circumstances, these labels will last the shelf life of your product and beyond.
Our 2.5 mil Paper Base labels provide even more longevity and protection, especially in more extreme temperatures. This makes them ideal for labeling products that need to be refrigerated, or for outdoor applications in varied climates.
When using a matte or gloss laminate, these labels can last even longer—between two and four years in some cases.
Can I Put Multiple Label Designs in the Same Order?
Yes! As long as you make sure your designs:
- Are the same size
- Are ordered at the same time
To order multiple labels at once, choose the total number of labels for all designs above when placing your order online. Then, send all design files to [email protected] and specify the breakdown for each (for example, 4 designs with 250 copies each).
How Should I Send My Files?
For best results, send us a hi-res PDF with:
- ⅛” bleed
- Outlined fonts
- CMYK colors (use Spot PMS instead if trying to print Pantone colors)
- Most software programs have a specific export setting called PRINT PDF, or PRESS QUALITY PDF. Download this option for best results.
If your design requires specific colors, we strongly recommend ordering a proof before printing in volume.
How Do I Order Proofs?
Easy—Since we have no minimum order size, getting proofs is easy—just place a regular order for a single product and use the coupon code FREEPROOF to discount the charges to $0.00.

What time is the Cutoff For Production?
The cutoff times on the website are very accurate as they are displayed in real time, however for Roll Labels we have a cutoff at the end of the week, all label orders that are needed for Friday need to be placed by Noon on Thursday to be completed by the end of the week.
Any orders placed after Noon on Thursday will move into the following weeks production schedule.
