How Do You Make Posters Waterproof?
Our waterproof posters are all printed on .02″ polystyrene, a type of poster board that is both rollable and highly water-resistant. This makes it ideal for printing posters and other documents that are likely to be used outdoors or in wet areas—including maps, name bars in sports locker rooms, and more.
Can You Print Waterproof Posters in Custom Shapes?
Absolutely! You can get your design printed in any shape you want by selecting “custom shape” from the “Shape” menu above. This saves you from having to cut the polystyrene material yourself when it arrives and ensures that your print will be perfectly placed on the material every time.
How Should I Send My Design Files?
For best results, send us a hi-res PDF with:
- ⅛” bleed
- Outlined fonts
- CMYK colors (use Spot PMS instead if trying to print Pantone colors)
If your design requires specific colors, we strongly recommend ordering a proof before printing in volume.

All of our prices include free shipping with the purchase of any product. Almost everything we make can be shipped anywhere in Canada (except for Large Cutouts, which are only available for pickup).
