Demuy

Montreal interior design studio Demuy used custom stickers to take their new visual identity beyond the screen and introduce a rebrand to the entire city. The campaign gave people something tangible to see, share, and keep while building curiosity around the studio’s next chapter.

"When it came time to launch the new identity, we wanted to go beyond simply announcing it online. We wanted the brand to exist physically in the city we work, create and draw so much inspiration from: Montreal.

That’s where the stickers we printed with Little Rock Printing came in.

We used them as part of a playful, organic campaign to introduce the new Demuy identity throughout Montreal. The stickers became these small, tangible extensions of our brand appearing around the city, being shared within our community and helping us create curiosity around this new chapter before and during the launch.

For a design studio, the physical details surrounding a brand are incredibly important to us. Paper, texture, scale, typography and print all contribute to how someone experiences an identity. Having something people could actually hold, keep and interact with allowed our rebrand to move beyond a screen and become something much more tangible.

The response to our new identity has been incredible, and the stickers became such a simple but memorable part of how we introduced Demuy to Montreal.

This September, we’re taking another big step by officially opening the doors to our new studio in Montreal. We’re currently preparing an opening event that will bring together clients, collaborators, creatives, media and members of our design community and once again, printed pieces will be an important part of the experience.

It feels pretty full-circle to be talking with you again as we prepare for this next chapter!
