Customer Service Representatives are the heart of our business. You must have impeccable people skills as this position requires a lot of face-to-face and phone interaction with our clients. Experience preferred, but not necessary. As a Customer Service Representative, you must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented, as you will be responsible for the accurate production of client projects in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service Representatives must be versatile as daily activities will include (but are not limited to): quality production using high-speed copiers, in-store bindery work, front counter sales, phoning clients, and deliveries. You must also be skilled in basic copier maintenance and be able to maintain an adequate inventory of supplies.
